We designed and built CleanSweep, a marketplace where car owners book vetted mobile washers on a live map, washers grow their business, and dealerships manage fleet washing in one place.
Three groups, one broken process
Car owners struggled to find washers they could rely on. Independent washers struggled to find steady work. Dealerships were still arranging fleet washes by hand.
CleanSweep wanted to solve all three problems with one product, and it had to feel as simple as booking a ride.
Simple on the surface, three products underneath
We treated clients, washers and dealerships as three separate products that share one platform. Each group gets its own flow, while bookings, payments and messages all run through the same system.
Trust shaped many of the decisions. Washers are verified and rated, and phone numbers stay hidden until a booking is confirmed, so both sides can talk in the app without sharing personal details too early.
